(More customer reviews)The Medela disposable breast pads are light weight, thin, comfortable, and holds allot of milk. I have used Johnson & Johnson, and Lansinoh and I hated how bulky and scratchy they were. As much as I pumped and fed my baby I was constantly full of milk and these pads were great. I had no problem leakage and comfort wise.The only con is that it's adhesive doesn't stick well so the pad doesn't stay in place so you have to adjust it allot. Other than that it's a great product.
