(More customer reviews)I bought "My Brest Friend" because my "Boppy" was losing it firmness.MBF is definetly more firm and hasn't lost the firmness. It also supports your back.I like MBF better than the Boppy.My son however still prefers the boppy.I think that MBF is too firm for him.It keeps him awake so he does eat better, but it is not good for the late night feedings where we want him to go to sleep.
